Ⅰ．Time： From 2020/05/19 to 2020/06/16
Ⅱ．Process：
Students on Nanda campus who were enrolled before Nov.1, 2016 shall go to the following website to download the application form:
B．For undergraduate students: Bring the application form to your original department. The application form should be duly signed by the Chair and the tutor.
C．For graduate students: Bring the application form to your original department. The application form should be duly signed by the Chair and the advising professor.
D．For undergraduate students, please refer to Note 6 to prepare the required application packets.
E．The application forms shall be sent to the Division of Registration before June 16, 2020, while the students on Nanda campus shall send their application forms to the Division of Registration on Nanda campus. For undergraduate students, the required application packets shall be sent to the intended department’s office before June 16, 2020 Late application will not be accepted.
NOTE:
A．Cancel the review criteria for each department from 2014 academic year.
