(Flexible Measures Before July 31st) Online Minor Subjects/Double Majors Application Procedure

In response to the severe epidemic situation, students who need to apply for Minor Subjects/Double Majors are allowed to apply online from now on till July 31st. Applicants should prepare application form (electronic file .pdf) and email all application documents to the staff member who is in charge of the affairs of your first-desiring-department or institute in the Division of Registration. For details, please refer to the contact emails on the website of Division of Registration.

  1. Electronic file 2: Application link. Please download your application form and save as a pdf. file.
  2. Electronic file 2: Please attach relative approval proofs of your corresponding emails with your major department [Dean (chairperson) or Dean (chairperson) can empower the staff member to implement these matters] and minor department [Dean (chairperson) or Dean (chairperson) can empower the staff member to implement these matters] with your application form.

 

  • To avoid the possibility of becoming ignored or junk emails, tutors(advisers) and Deans of department(institute) can empower the staff member in the departments(institutes) to be deputies to take care of the approval and stamp matters.

Within 5 working days from the day of the applicants emailing the completed application documents to the Division of Registration, they will receive the confirmed emails. If applicants dont receive confirmed emails, please contact the Division of Registration actively.
