Where can I find my Student Record?
Student Records are available on the portal (Academic Information Systems). To enter the system, keyin your student ID Number and PIN.

Where could I pay my fees?
To pay by cash, go to the specific banks, or use ATM to pay.

• Address, Name and Birth Date Changes

How do I change my address on official University records?
You can change your local address, e-mail, and phone numbers via Academic Information Systems.

To change your permanent address and phone number, you must fill an application form and provide the Division of Registration with official documentation.

How do I change my name?
To change your name, you must fill an application form and provide the Division of Registration with official documentation.

How do I change my birth date?
To change your birth date, you must fill an application form and provide the Division of Registration with official documentation.

• Diplomas

I have completed a double major. Will I receive two diplomas?
Double majors within a single school/college are reflected on a single diploma.

Can I get more than one copy of my diploma?
No. Graduates have one diploma per degree.

 

• Student ID card

I lost my student ID card, what should I do?
