依據110 年6月10日109學年度第5次教務會議決議，本校自110學年度起不再寄送紙本成績單，110學年度起將於校務資訊系統新增學生可下載每學期成績通知單的功能。學生有需求者，應自行至校務資訊系統查詢、下戴，需正式成績單者，可至成績單申請機器投幣申請；家長有需求者，應自行透過學生取得。

According to the resolution of the 5th Academic Affairs Meeting in Academic Year 2020 on June 10, 2021, paper transcripts for each semester will no longer be sent from the 2021 Fall semester; new functions will be launched on the AIS system for students to download the transcript for each semester. Students who need it should login the AIS system to download it. Those who need official transcripts can apply at the on-campus transcripts application machine; parents who need it should get them through the students themselves.
