From Oct. 1, 2023 on, all affairs related to Division of Registration will be processed at the office on the main campus
Starting from Oct. 1, 2023, all students in College of Education and College of Arts please go to the office of Division of Registration on the main campus to process the applications or matters related to transferring to another departments, applying for minor or double major, withdrawal, leave of absence, graduation, credit-transfer, etc.
The office of Division of Registration on the main campus is located on the left side of the first floor of the Administrative Building. From Oct.1, 2023 on, the staff member at the office on the Nan-Da campus will temporarily provide “business inquiries" and “collecting and forwarding documents to the main campus for processing”. Please go to the main campus to get the direct service. The contact information is as follows:
Ms. Lin (phone number 03-5715131 at ext. 35449) is responsible for the College of Education, Department of Environmental and Cultural Resources, College of Arts, Department of Music, Department of Education and Learning Technology (including overseas programs), Department of Kinesiology, Department of English Instruction, Master’s Program in Waldorf Education, Institute of Sino-phone Studies, and Graduate Institute of Art and Technology and matters related to academic records, tuition fees, graduation, etc., for departments such as Applied Mathematics, Applied Science, Chinese, Human Resources, and alumni of NHCUE.
Ms. Gao(phone number 03-5715131 at ext. 35450) is responsible for Department of Special Education, Department of Arts and Design (including summer programs), Master Program in Early Childhood Special Education, Graduate Institute of Mathematics and Science Education, Department of Early Childhood Education, Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling (including overseas programs), Institute of Taiwan Languages and Language Teaching and matters related to grades, rankings, graduation reviews, etc., for departments such as Applied Mathematics, Applied Science, Chinese, Human Resources, and alumni of NHCUE.
