Since January 23, 2026, all overseas students who apply for a leave of absence or withdrawal are required to upload the “NTHU Affidavit for Departure upon Leave of Absence or Withdrawal of Overseas Students 境外生休退學離境切結書”. The form is available for download on the website of Division of Registration. Applications without this form will not be accepted.
