自115年1月23日起，境外生申請休、退學必須上傳「境外生休退學離境切結書」，表單請至註冊組網站下載，未上傳者不受理休退學申請。

Since January 23 2026, all overseas students who apply for a leave of absence or withdrawal are required to upload the “NTHU Affidavit for Departure upon Leave of Absence or Withdrawal of Overseas Students.” The form is available for download on the website of Division of Registration. Applications without this form will not be accepted.
